Using Productive (Revium Support)

Basic usage and Login

Productive is a ticket support web-based app used by Revium. For major issues related to Kentico, domain name redirects or setup for new projects, please log in and create a new ticket as per below.

The easiest way to create a new ticket is by using the Task option on the right hand side

 


 

 

Tickets / Tasks

Productive Task Creation

 

  • Select the Task option on the top right-hand side of the board.

  • Create a title
  • Be as descriptive as possible when explaining the issue in the description and add an attachment if applicable
  • Add the person who is the assignee (currently this is Chanelle Harkness)

  • Use the dropdown to select board Task list > this will be Development Tasks
