Using Productive (Revium Support)
Basic usage and Login
Productive is a ticket support web-based app used by Revium. For major issues related to Kentico, domain name redirects or setup for new projects, please log in and create a new ticket as per below.

The easiest way to create a new ticket is by using the Task option on the right hand side
Tickets / Tasks
Productive Task Creation
- Select the Task option on the top right-hand side of the board.
- Create a title
- Be as descriptive as possible when explaining the issue in the description and add an attachment if applicable

Add the person who is the assignee (currently this is Chanelle Harkness)

Use the dropdown to select board Task list > this will be Development Tasks
