Runway FY2027 Rate Card for New and Existing Projects

The FY2027 Rate Card provides a standard pricing guide for estimating the cost of Runway mapping solutions for both new and existing projects.

This guide enables Marketing teams to estimate project costs without obtaining a separate quotation from Runway for standard work. 

For standard work, there is no need to request a separate estimate from Runway. Simply use the applicable items within the rate card to calculate the expected cost.

A new estimate should only be requested from Runway where the work includes:

• Non-standard work or custom requirements
• New functionality or custom features
• Extensive map design or UX changes
• Any work outside the scope of the standard FY2027 Rate Card

Existing Projects

Use the following sections when updating an existing mapping solution.

Consequent Stage Release (Land)

Use this section when adding a new Stage to an existing Land project.

Include the applicable items:

• Map Adjustment Fee
• Project Management (3-hour allowance, any subsequent rework will be charged at $303.35/hour)
• PDF Price List/Product Flyer (if no design change required)
• Siting ($28.87 per lot)

Consequent Apartment Building

Use this section when adding a new apartment building to an existing apartment project.

Include the applicable items:

• Map Adjustment Fee
• Project Management (3-hour allowance, any subsequent rework will be charged at $303.35/hour)
• PDF Price List/Product Flyer (if no design change required)
• Siting ($28.87 per apartment)

New Community (Land)

Use this section when creating a new land estate mapping solution.

The estimate may include:

• Estate Map
• Project Management (includes up to 3 hours, additional hours charged at $303.35/hour)
• PDF Price List/Product Flyer
• Siting ($28.87 per lot)

New Community (Apartment)

Use this section when creating a new apartment community mapping solution.

The estimate may include:

• Estate Map
• Project Management (includes up to 3 hours, additional hours charged at $303.35/hour)
• PDF Price List/Product Flyer
• Siting ($28.87 per apartment)

New Phase / New Building

Use this section when a new building or phase is added to an existing mapping solution.

The standard pricing includes:

• Retiling Map Artwork
• Project Management, including deployment and up to 3 hours of work (additional hours charged at $303.35/hour)
• Siting at $28.87 per apartment or lot

The FY2027 Rate Card covers standard activities such as:

• New estate or apartment map creation
• New building additions
• Stage releases
• Map retiling and adjustments
• Standard project management
• Apartment or lot siting
• Standard PDF product/price list creation or updates

Please request a formal estimate from Runway only if the project involves:

• Custom or non-standard functionality
• Significant design changes
• New interactive features
• Complex mapping requirements
• Work that is not covered by the FY2027 Rate Card
