
Creating Settlement Nurtures
When a Settlement Date is entered into the CRM and transfers to HubSpot, Project Settlement Nurtures are initiated.
Upon enrolment, purchasers will be sent an email celebrating their settlement and providing them with additional details about their new community.
Use the steps below to create a project settlement nurture in HubSpot.
Cloning the Workflow
- Clone this workflow and add to your project's sales campaign.
- Naming Convention:
- [PROJECT CODE]_Settlement Nurture_MMYY
- [PROJECT CODE]_Settlement Nurture_MMYY
- Amend the enrolment triggers by changing the Project Estate ID.
- Update the delay timeframes, SMS content and eDMs to be sent accordingly.
- If you only want to send 1 email, you can delete all the triggers after the SMS is sent.
- If you want to send more than 3 emails over a given timeframe, clone 'Trigger 6" and select "Clone this action and all other actions" to clone both the Delay and the eDM send.
Assets Required
You will be required to create:
- A landing page.
- Automated eDMs (As many as you want).
The first eDM should be short and sweet, congratulating them on settlement and directing them to view the 'Settlement Landing Page'.
The Landing Page should go into each section in more details, breaking down everything they need to know.
