
New Method for EP Support
Basic usage and Login
EP is moving to a ticket support management process for T&M clients. All T&M requests should be sent to the support channel, where a representative will triage and provide updates. New project requests should be submitted through the attached brief document to the support channel for a new estimate.

Anything managed through T&M will need to be sent through to the support channel - i.e. blogs, social media posts, technical questions, etc. Our support representative - Alfred Rodas - will be triaging all tickets and provide you with an answer or update you if investigations will take longer than a 1 day turnaround.

Project Creation Requests
If you have a new project request or a new CIB set-up, please complete the attached brief document and email it to the support channel with the requirement of a new estimate. I will pick these up and manage these projects as we have done in the past. Click for the document in sharepoint - please duplicate and save
