Creating CRM Campaign ID for HubSpot Forms

All HubSpot forms will need a campaign ID that corresponds to the campaign in CRM. This article outlines the steps to create the campaign in CRM and add to the HubSpot Form

Project Campaign ID Creation

Step 1:
In CRM navigate to Marketing > Campaigns and click on NEW

Step 2:

Enter your campaign name and save (EG: Bushmead CIB Nurture Project Enquiry)

Locate the campaign ID. In the URL bar, scroll to the end of the string and copy all the digits after campaign&id= (It’s important that all digits are copied exactly)

HubSpot Steps

Step 3:

Log into HubSpot and navigate to Settings > (Property settings (hubspot.com)) and search for Project Campaign.

On the sidebar and scroll to the base. Input your campaign name and paste the ID exactly from step 2

Step 4:

Navigate to Forms ( Forms | HubSpot ) and select your enquiry forms (not a download form).

Select Edit and search for your Project Campaign on the left.

Click on the Project Campaign and scroll to find your campaign name. 

Finally, set the property to “Hidden”, update the form and republish. There is no need to copy the embed code or add it to the page again as the form will update on publish.
