Step 1:

To set up a bulk uploader or API partner, navigate to your project's Agent Admin account.

In the Project Profile's account, click on XML Uploads on the left-hand side.

Click on the green "Change My Uploader" button on the top right hand corner.

Step 2:

Fill out the details of the request - certain information should be pre-filled.
